We had a few tinnies last night, had some early tucker and then headed off to Freemantle. This is the mouth of the Swan River and was a nice scenic boat trip. There is an expression 'Not a cloud in the sky' but neither of us have seen such a blue cloudless sky as we have experienced here in Perth.
The boat ride took just over an hour and it was very pleasant. The weather was absolutely perfect! We walked around Freemantle town and then visited their prison, now a World Heritage site although there was no comparison with Angkor Wat! Also the costs here in Perth continue to astound. A tour of the prison was £25 ($38) for an hour and if we wanted the full tour it was $99!
Look again at the shots from Perth and see if you can spot a cloud!
