Keith has been doing 'Body Pump' at Pete's gym for the past 7 years and today was the last session for a few months. There is a great almost 'family feel' to the sessions and it is not just about the exercise it is about having a bit of fun with some very nice people. This shot shows Pete with Tracy, Pip, Nikkie and Lucy. Others I shall miss are Freddie, Linda, Jon and of course Pete's partner Rachael who are expecting their first child in the middle of January. Did I miss anyone.....whoops my old mate and Thursday/Saturday pumper Stuart. I shall miss you all!
