The weather is beautiful..........
.......It is hot and sunny and so we decided to drive the 30 minutes to Mount Dora to hire a boat and go out on the lake and through the canals on an alligator hunt!
There were only 6 people on the 'tour' that lasted 2 hours. We skimmed really quickly across the lake and got pretty wet from the spray. We were probably doing 40 mph with no life jacket!
We started at the 'port' of Mount Dora. The term port would suggest that there are ships here..........
as you can see there aren't!
Keith had a 3 minute orientation and then we were off. We stopped at various places across the lake before entering the canals.
Although we saw wildlife no alligators!
