We have been around the world in some out of the way places and always been able to upload photos. Well we are in France this morning and still can't upload anything!
The weather has improved dramatically and we are now in warm sunny skies having just docked in Toulon in the south of France. This is the home of the French navy so quite interesting and would have made a good photo.....had the internet not been slower than a slow snail.
