Having not had the opportunity to sit in the sun since Port Douglas we decided to laze by the hotel pool in the morning. This sightseeing is hard work!
Late morning we headed up the coast and saw some spectacular scenery with the remnants of volcano's dropping into the ocean.
We stopped at a wonderful beach where we spent ages just watching the amazing waves and how the water has carved amazing shapes in the lava. There was hardly anyone else there!
