Unfortunately Gillian was quite ill in the night, it cannot have been the food as we both had the same but she was very poorly. We had to cancel our trip planned for sight seeing as she wanted to be close to a bathroom. As the weather was warm we stayed in the hotel grounds.
Keith was booked to fly to Rio to pick up Gillian's jewellery unfrotunately left in the Rio hotel. Flight left at 8.45 pm arriving just after midnight...taxi to the hotel and there was the jewellery box waiting...but was it all there?
Walked around, it was totally manic even at 3am in the morning! Back to the airport at 4am to catch the flight back to Buenos Aires.
Just arrived back at the hotel, Gill feeling a bit better and all her stuff appears to be there.
If this is the worst illness we have on our trip and most inconvenience then it is not that bad.
Hopefully this afternoon we will do the City tour.
