Thought for Dad

Today is strange as it is the day of my Dad's Funeral and here I am in Rio De Janeiro, with mum's blessing.

Keith and I had a quiet five minutes at the time we knew they would be starting the service in England, we looked outside at the glorious sunshine and sea and thought how lucky we were.

I know that Lesley and all the family will look after mum and she will be very proud of them all.

It is a sad day but we did ' loose him' three years ago and last time I saw him the last thing I said was 'You do know we all love you dad' to which he replied 'Course I do, you take care'

And that I shall do.
