We are at sea today and the weather is glorious, warm
sunshine, blue sky and a gentle breeze off the port bow!
There were dolphins doing backflips by the side of the ship
that would have made their cousins at Sea World green with envy!
The main event apart from eating, drinking, sleeping and
reading was a visit to the bridge and a look around the control hub of the
ship. It was very interesting and we enjoyed seeing how the ship is run. The
captain gave a little speech, we had our photo taken with him before we
returned to the passenger area.
The casino took our deposit but it was nice to see a lady
next to us get a straight flush that paid $4,000 for $15. If only the cards and
lady luck had smiled on us. Still we know we are very lucky and fortunate to be
on this trip so I guess we have had our fair share of luck already!
