Most humbling experience

India was an experience! It is a mad country where there is huge poverty but everyone has a mobile phone. The roads systems don't work as there appear to be no driving rules. However irrespective of this, our most humbling experience on the trip was meeting the people in a village that had just got electricity. We were welcomed into the village...not because we might give them money......this was in fact totally refused.They would have been offended.

It was the humbling experience of seeing women (not men) drying cow manure to use for cooking

It was the terrible living conditions........the lack of running water....the 10 people eating, sleeping and living in one room

Despite compared to us having nothing, we were humbled with the smiles and happiness.......humbled.
