At sea to Adelaide

We are spending 2 days at sea, unfortunately the weather is not very good, it is cool and cloudy so the Thailand beach sun tans are fading fast.

The ship is full mainly of Australians although there is a good contingent of Brits that seem all to come from Scotland!  Everyone is really friendly which is nice, people actually talk to each other and enjoy themselves. The ship is buzzing even at 1am!

Last night there was a Halloween party and some of the costumes that people had created was just fantastic. Gillian has discovered a drink called a B52 that we have as a night cap. This morning we didn’t get up til 10am!

We have a large table for dining, some Aussies that are shop assistants in Woolworths, a retired Scottish couple and a couple from Liverpool where the guy goes to every Liverpool game home and away including Europe. I think he may be a gangster!

Today we did our bit for charity too and ‘walked a mile’ for breast cancer plus the trivia.

Although it is Day 5 this is the first day for dressing up at the Captains Cocktail Party.
